LOTTERY WEEK BEGINS APRIL 22, 2013

Lottery numbers will be picked during student's regular class times.

Parents are requested to be present to pick the number, but if unavailable, students will be allowed to pick.

Fee Information

Registration Fee	Paid at time of registration along with first month tuition.
Tuition	Tuition is on a monthly basis and is payable between the 1st and 7th of each month, regardless of absences and/or holidays.
Family Rate	Only siblings qualify for family rates. 3rd or more - No charge.
Unlimited Classes	Take advantage of Unlimited Classes as a discounted rate.
Late Fee	$5.00 late charge when tuition is paid after 7th of the month, regardless of absences and/or holidays. Checks may be mailed or dropped off at the studio. *We do not search dance bags for payments.*
Revue Fee	$100.00 per family and is due April 1st. $10.00 late charge.
Costumes	Costumes will be ordered and paid 1st week in December. Approximate costs: $80.00 per costume. Late charge $10.00 per costume.
NSF Charge	$20.00.
Payments	We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If writing a check, please make payable to Helena Hosch. If writing a check for a private session, please make check payable to Shannon Fortenberry.
